Interested In The Varsity Cycling Team
Do you enjoy riding your bike?
If yes, then Team Pfeiffer Cycling is for you.
Our team is looking for riders of all ability levels,
from Cat 5 to Cat 1.
A Little About Us:
We are a collegiate varsity cycling team that
competes in the Atlantic Coast Cycling Division of the
National Collegiate Cycling Association (NCCA) which is
sanctioned by the USA Cycling. We compete in Road,
Cyclocross, and Mountain Bike Races. We have riders of all ability
levels and ages, both male and female. Each season's
goal is to qualify for the NCCA National Championships
in both Road and Mountain Bike disciplines.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for students/athletes to
come to Pfeiffer University to race and
have a good time. You don't have to have aspirations of
being a professional cyclist but you will have the
opportunity to ride with people who do.
What We Offer:
Cycling is a team sport and we give you
the opportunity to ride, train, and race with a team.
Giving you the resources you need to become a better,
safer, and more competitive cyclist. Team Pfeiffer
Cycling is lead by a licensed, experienced level 2
cycling coach to aide you in all levels of racing.
We also offer the opportunity to compete in a unique
cycling discipline, the Team Time Trial, at the Lowe’s
Motor Speedway Time Trial series.
Pfeiffer University does offer scholarships to qualified
applicants depending upon racing skill level and GPA.
